Newcomb Women and Children’s Medical Centre are a small, friendly GP clinic committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care to our local community. We are currently seeking a Practice Nurse to join our team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Part-time: 1 day per week (with the option of additional hours)
• Casual cover: Opportunity to pick up extra shifts as needed
• Supportive, close-knit team environment
• Flexible hours can be negotiated to suit the right candidate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with chronic disease management and care plans
• Immunisations and vaccinations (childhood, adult, flu, COVID-19 etc.)
• Wound care and dressings
• Health assessments and patient education
• Assisting with infection control processes
• Supporting doctors with minor procedures as required
