Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Nurse to join our fantastic team, delivering vaccines to patients across the city.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as a member of the Nursing Team and be responsible for acting within their professional boundaries to provide care for the presenting patient in the patients home environment to deliver vaccinations, including flu, covid, RSV, pneumonia and Shingles.
The post holder will work collaboratively with the clinical team which will include GPs and other health care professionals.

To contribute to the development and maintenance of an excellent learning environment

Undertake and complete all statutory and mandatory training
Contribute to their own personal development and participate in an appraisal and regular performance reviews with their line manager
To take part in clinical supervision within the organisation
Attend any training and keep skills and knowledge up to date, inline with NMC CPD requirements.
