Purton Surgery is looking for a part time Practice Nurse to join our 5-strong nursing team.
We have 9 GPs, a prescribing Nurse Practitioner, 2 Health Care Assistants, fully supported by a comprehensive administration and reception team to look after our 11,000 patients.
Circa 16 hours – to include Monday & Tuesday, salary dependent on experience.
· Supportive, experienced and friendly team of clinical and administrative staff
· Rated ‘Good’ in latest CQC inspection
· Graded ‘excellent’ in GP trainee re-approval visit
· Good relationship with community nursing team
· Scored over 95% patient satisfaction in National GP survey (above National and CCG average on all questions)
· Over 98% of patients rated us ‘extremely likely’ or ‘likely’ to recommend to friends and family
· Established Primary Care Network, already sharing services and staff across our PCN
