Primary job responsibilities focus on operational improvement strategies, financial analysis and enhancing operational success within practices at Novant Health Medical Group (NHMG) and NHE. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Central Operations, assessing current and new practices, identifying areas for improvement. Supporting reporting processes and transactional research. (i.e. front desk/scheduling/patient registration/clinical workflows/training & education, etc.) across NHMG. Ability to support integration of resources, best practices and continuity of operational procedures. Requires functioning as subject matter expert in Epic and other technology solutions used in NHMG.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors, required. Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field; required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of management experience in the healthcare industry; physician practice management experience preferred, but equivalent leadership experience in a healthcare setting will be considered. Required.
  • Additional Skills Required:
