We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice team Leader to guide our multidisciplinary team in delivering trauma-informed, recovery-orientated mental health support. If you’re passionate about leading with purpose in a values-driven organisation, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

  • Lead and supervise a dedicated team of Psychologists, Social Workers, and Mental Health Practitioners.
  • Champion an inclusive and reflective team culture rooted in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our Drop-In service, in collaboration with the Peer Team Leader.
  • Ensure effective use of Outcome Tools (e.g. K10), Recovery Plans, and Risk Assessments.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services to our guests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Communify, partner organisations, and clinical providers.
  • Contribute to service quality through risk management, internal audits, and continuous improvement aligned with NSQMHCMO standards.
  • Assist with reporting and accountability to funding bodies.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • A current open QLD driver’s license.
  • Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or the ability to obtain one).
