Our practitioners work with our students as industry professionals, who deliver creative and active learning experiences to support the development of specialist skills and qualifications.
As the Practitioner for Digital Arts / Fine Arts & Media you will work with colleagues to plan and deliver projects that meet student’s needs, offering them a broad range of opportunities and experiences within your area of expertise. We welcome applications from professionals who have a diverse range of specialisms and expertise which may include video, animation, games, photography, interactive media & design, creating fabric prints, fabric collages, wearable art using innovative techniques, creating sustainable & educational projects.
You must be able to build effective and supportive relationships with our students, which encourage their engagement and development of self confidence and enjoyment.

We understand the importance of building meaningful relationships with students and families to nurture growth and development of relational milestones such as, building trust and sharing enjoyment. Care and making connections are at the heart of our ethos and we work hard to ensure that all staff feel cared for too.
The well-being of our staff is an important priority; therefore we provide opportunities to ensure we value their hard work and dedication and promote a healthy work-life balance.
