We are hiring for a part time Practitioner Education Content & Events Coordinator to join our Practitioner Education team. Purpose: This role will help to produce and execute the annual educational plans through delivering high-quality, evidence-based, thought leadership quality content across all forms of media whilst working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders for healthcare professionals across the business. This role is critical in building trust, recommendation and advocacy in supporting the BioCeuticals Masterbrand. This role is a part time 0.8 FTE role (working 4 days) with expectation to work at least 3 days from office (in Surry Hills or Warriewood) and 1 day from home. This role reports to our Practitioner Education Manager ANZ. Responsibilities include: Work with Practitioner Education stakeholders and ambassadors, recording studio team and guests to coordinate all aspects of recording, scheduling and promoting podcasts. Undertake technical edits of podcasts via audio editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and manage content through Microsoft Sharepoint and Planner. Be responsible for bringing all of Practitioner Educational suite to life by creating copy and assets for EDMs, social media, our website (including optimising SEO) and other promotional channels whilst maintaining the current calendar of releases. Support the success of face-to-face education events by coordinating planning, logistics and execution aspects while working with the cross functional team. Be responsible for monthly data capture to enable accurate reporting of Practitioner Educational activities. Who are you? A qualified or bachelor’s degree holder in naturopathy or nutrition. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner, SharePoint and Teams. Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and reliability. Experience with basic design and editing tools; such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Premiere Pro (or similar programs) Event planning, promotions and event logistics experience.
