Build a Referral Engine That Changes Patient Outcomes We Inspect is a health-focused environmental inspection company specializing in mold and water damage investigations for individuals experiencing chronic and complex health conditions. We work alongside functional medicine doctors, integrative physicians, naturopathic providers, concierge medicine practices, biohacking-focused clinics, pediatric specialists, and chronic illness-focused practitioners treating patients affected by environmental exposure. When doctors cannot get their patients better, the missing piece is often the home. We Inspect provides the data and inspection clarity practitioners need to help their patients move forward. We are building a stronger practitioner referral ecosystem across key regional markets, and this role is central to that mission. Focused on building referral relationships with integrative, concierge, biohacking, and chronic illness practitioners. The Opportunity We are hiring a Practitioner Growth Lead to develop and grow practitioner referral networks in priority markets. This is a territory-building, revenue-driving role with clear ownership. You will: Build relationships with practitioners in your region Activate and grow referral pathways Drive localized inspection volume through trusted relationships Maintain and deepen high-performing relationships Work alongside the founders initially, then take full ownership of your territory What You Will Drive New Market Growth Identify high-value practitioners in target regions Secure meetings and introduce We Inspect’s methodology Establish yourself as a trusted resource within practitioner networks Qualified Referral Volume Generate Qualified Local Opportunities (QLOCs), defined as practitioner-referred patients who: Live in an active or target market Are experiencing health concerns consistent with environmental exposure Relationship Retention & Expansion Maintain consistent communication with referring practitioners Reinforce trust and clarity around our process Grow long-term, high-quality referral relationships What Success Looks Like Practitioner referrals become a consistent and predictable revenue channel Local markets show sustained, compounding referral growth High-converting practitioner profiles are clearly identified and repeatable Relationships operate independently of founder involvement Who You Are You understand that patient outcomes often extend beyond the clinic, and you’re motivated by helping practitioners solve complex cases. You likely come from backgrounds such as: Worked inside or alongside a clinic focused on chronic illness, integrative care, concierge medicine, or performance/optimization health Sold specialty lab testing, health services, or programs into practitioner offices Practice development or growth roles within healthcare environments You have: Experience building relationships with healthcare practitioners Exposure to chronic illness, environmental health, or root-cause care models Experience driving referrals, not just closing one-time transactions You Know How To Build trust with practitioners and clinic teams Navigate decision-makers within small to mid-sized practices Develop and grow a territory strategically Balance urgency with long-term relationship credibility You Are Accountable for outcomes and revenue tied to your work Comfortable with in-person and remote relationship building Highly disciplined with follow-up and communication Motivated by building something that compounds over time Able to adapt your communication style to different practitioner types Compensation Base salary Commission tied directly to revenue generated from practitioner relationships Strong upside for high performers OTE: $110,000 – $160,000 Why This Role Matters This role directly impacts our ability to help practitioners get their patients better.
