Practitioner Psychologist

You will take an active part in the day to day life on the unit including attending ward rounds and team meetings. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence based individual and group work and will work closely with your multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver a high quality safe and effective service. You will contribute to admission and discharge processes and be able to effectively assess risk and develop risk formulation and management plans. You will utilize and promote the use of outcome measures and feedback tools within the service and support quality improvement projects.
