Responsibilities
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for executives
  • Coordinate team meetings, workshops, events (onsite and offsite) and prepare an agenda
  • Coordinate communication with local authorities via the Databox
  • Management daily administrative tasks – mailbox, calendar, scheduling and organizing documents
  • Cooperate and liaise with the Third parties and contract management lifecycle
  • Keep in line with governance functions, regulations, and obligatory reporting
  • Support various projects, coordinate activities and ensure effective workflow, communication and decision documents for team and executives
  • Handle Expense reporting preparation and submission, invoicing and basic accounting task.
  • Prepare the budget and monitor its consumption.
  • Maintain office supplies and managing inventory
  • Fleet management
  • Cross BU cooperation – HR, IT, FM, Procurement
  • Contingency workers’ workforce assistance
  • Supporting team in various task
