Ziel des Praktikums ist die Einführung eines In-line NIR-Spektrometers der Firma APOS zur Ermittlung von Auftragsmengen auf HDF-Platten während der Produktion. Deine Aufgaben: Einführung eines In-line NIR-Spektrometers zur Messung von Harz- und Grundlackaufträgen Zielgerichtete Analyse zur Sicherstellung einer konstanten Produktion mit minimalem Materialeinsatz zur Kosteneinsparung Datenaufnahme und -analyse Optimierung Dokumentation und Auswertung Deine Qualifikationen: Du studierst Verfahrenstechnik, Holztechnologie oder etwas im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften (BA/MA) Digitale Prozesse findest du spannend und mit Daten kannst du was anfangen Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt, durch z.B. Responsibilities

The internship focuses on the introduction of an in-line NIR spectrometer for measuring resin and base coat applications on HDF boards during production. Responsibilities include data collection, analysis, optimization, and documentation.
