Job Description Manage and coordinate the daily operations of all locations of the practice including staff scheduling, patient scheduling/registration, medical records, data entry, cash posting, office maintenance and computer systems.‬‬‬‬‬‬ Supervise and develop medical office personnel to ensure maximum efficiency in practice operations including staff selection, onboarding/training, scheduling, and other personnel related activity. Ensure practice is providing the appropriate level of patient service including the resolution of patient concerns/issues. Manage, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures including employee handbooks. Oversee compliance related activity. Ability to travel between different locations. Provide additional administrative support to the physicians through the completion of assigned tasks. Assist with marketing efforts for the practice, developing marketing campaigns, working with website development/maintenance and SEO services. Good knowledge of Google and Google Adwords is preferred Qualifications Very strong personnel management skills and financial experience is required. Exceptional communication skills. Thorough knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant medical practice regulations. Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Ability to multi-task. Hands on approach to team building and willingness to work hard. Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3 years of experience as an Office Manager in a medical office setting. Experience with medical software and demonstrated knowledge of proper coding (ICD-10) and medical billing process. Proven experience building office culture and cross functional teams to enhance patient experience and practice growth.
