Description Job Title: Pre-Approved J1 Students ONLY – Rental Shop Worker Type of Position: Seasonal; Full time Schedule: Weekend and Holiday availability required Pay: $20.00/hr. Job Posting Deadline: December 15, 2025 Do you shred the customer service gnar? Join a fun, friendly, fast-paced team who sets guests and fellow snow lovers up for making memories on the hill! Summary You are passionate about excellent customer service and are driven to provide the best experience possible for guests and fellow employees. You will be responsible for accurate fitting, set-up and calibration of boot /ski and binding/snowboard gear for guest needs. You will assist with other rental shop duties as the need arises. Essential Functions (but not limited to) Assist guests’ in determining what their needs are in relation to the performance of skis and snowboards. Operates a computer with tech bench software. Assist attendants and cashiers with excellent customer service in fitting boots and helmets for guests needs. Assist with equipment return. Assist with organization of rental shop equipment. Assist with daily cleaning of rental shop, workstations and exterior areas as needed. Assist with end of day rental agreement paperwork Requirements Requirements/Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to communicate clearly and calmly, respectful, and considerate to others. Written and oral communication in English required. Physical Demands This position is regularly required to stand, bend, stoop, lift and twist. This position will frequently be required to lift up to 25 lbs. Responsibilities
