The pre-construction team sits between sales and construction delivery and encompasses a range of activities aimed at laying the groundwork for a successful project. This includes initial planning, surveying, estimating , site analysis, and coordinating with stakeholders. Addressing these critical elements in advance ensures that the construction phase proceeds efficiently, within budget, and according to schedule while mitigating potential risks and challenges.
