THE POSITION:

We are currently seeking a talented and proactive Pre-Construction Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be directly involved in sales, customer relations, and estimating.

The successful applicant will:

• Oversee estimating functions for the organization
• Engage in full-cycle sales activities from initial inquiry through to completion
• Maintain positive relationships with all customer throughout the construction process
• Sales and client engagement
• Networking and market engagement
• Estimating and budgeting
• Contract management and project handover

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years’ experience managing the pre-construction process, preferably on residential renovation projects
• Exposure to project estimation
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with customers
• An ethics-first outlook
• Class 5 driver license in good standing
