QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

· Strong understanding of construction detailing, building systems, and construction scheduling principles
· Experience with design coordination, constructability reviews, and estimating processes during design phases
· Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools, and document control systems
· Proven ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
· Experience with budgeting and value-engineering in construction projects
· Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive, “solutions-first” mindset
· Highly detail-oriented while maintaining big picture focus
· Excellent consultative sales skills to build client confidence in pre-construction agreements
· Outstanding communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
· Empathetic listening skills and ability to understand client needs and priorities

· Guide clients through design element, finish, and material selection processes
· Conduct constructability reviews and coordinate design elements across disciplines
· Interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings for accuracy and buildability
· Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and value-engineering recommendations during design phases
· Record, track, and follow through on meeting minutes and action items
· Prepare and deliver clear reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
· Explain technical construction details in clear, non-technical language for clients
· Balance client desires with budget, schedule, and constructability constraints
· Identify and present value-engineering opportunities without compromising quality
· Build trust and rapport with new clients through consultative approach
· Coordinate with design teams to ensure project feasibility and optimization
· Support clients through complex decision-making processes with patience and expertise
