· Strong grasp of the English language–both spoken and written.
· Reliable transportation to get to and from work
· At least 2 years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
· The ability to read and understand drawings and troubleshoot mechanical problems.
· The ability to perform work while standing for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
· Strong capacity for precision and attention to detail.
· The ability to demonstrate safe work habits.
