This is an entry-level fabrication role, ideal for candidates with metal shop experience, fabrication training, or welding school who want to gain hands-on experience in a modern manufacturing environment. While welding experience is a plus, this role primarily focuses on metal fabrication, finishing, and shop support rather than production welding.
