We are now looking to hire a Pre Finishing Team Leader to join our growing team!

Working in our Pre Finishing department, we are looking for an organised Team Leader to oversee our pre finishing operation.

Day -to-day responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with Department Manager to ensure deadline are met
• Ensure operatives are adhering to schedules, highlight any production delays
• Structure staff on day to day basis
• Monitor productivity, capacity, delays, machine breakdowns and communicate with Department Manager
• Liaise with Studio and Finishing ensuring the correct jobs are being worked on at the correct times
• Ability to work on machine when demands require.

The role will be working Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.
