The Role: Quality Control: Ensure every meal is packaged to exact specifications and meets world-class food safety regulations. Logistics: Manage delivery drivers and timing to guarantee 100% on-time delivery—because in aviation, there is no "late." Leadership: Drive accountability across all departments to maintain our "Gourmet" reputation. Departmental Coordination: Acts as the primary liaison between the Culinary (Hot/Cold/Pastry) and Logistics teams. Order Integrity: Conducts final "Gold Standard" checks on all private jet and lounge orders, ensuring 100% accuracy against the manifest. Packaging Excellence: Oversees specialized packaging for aircraft galleys and premium lounge displays, maintaining temperature integrity and visual appeal. Driver Management: Dispatches and coordinates delivery drivers to ensure optimal routing and punctuality. Compliance: Strictly enforces food safety rules during the final assembly and loading phases. Administrative Accuracy: Manages "shopping items" (special requests like specific wines, newspapers, or florals etc.) to ensure no detail is missed.
