This dual role offers the opportunity to inspire young learners in the classroom while supporting the Director with daily school operations. Our ideal candidate is a nurturing educator and emerging leader who is committed to excellence in early childhood education and aligns with The Goddard School’s play-based, research-driven curriculum. Responsibilities Include: Leading a Pre-K classroom using The Goddard School® curriculum Supporting the Director with administrative and operational duties Assisting with staff supervision, training, and classroom support Ensuring compliance with state licensing and Goddard standards Building strong relationships with families and staff Qualifications: Early childhood education experience (Pre-K required) Leadership or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (preferred/required based on state) This position is ideal for a teacher ready to grow into a leadership role while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.
