Description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre Kindergarten Teacher role based in Musaffah. The Pre Kindergarten Teacher will design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Daily responsibilities include leading classroom activities, facilitating play-based learning, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, and managing classroom routines. The teacher will observe and document children’s progress, communicate regularly with families, and collaborate with colleagues to align with the school’s curriculum and policies. The role also involves preparing teaching materials, participating in staff meetings and training, and supporting school events as needed.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design structured, age-appropriate learning experiences.
Candidates should have expertise in Early Childhood Education and Teaching to support holistic development and effective classroom management.
Candidates should have experience working in a Kindergarten or Pre Kindergarten setting, with an understanding of developmental milestones for young children.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field are highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage children and collaborate with families and colleagues.
Ability to maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment and follow school policies and procedures.
Previous teaching experience in early years settings in Musaffah or similar contexts is an advantage.
