We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Assistant to join our Colorado Springs office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and supporting clients and attorneys in a high-volume legal setting. Our firm specializes in Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation, and we are looking for someone who is ready to contribute to a strong, service-driven team. This is a full-time, fully in-office position, Monday through Friday, in our Colorado Springs office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Send initial representation and file letters to insurance companies and other interested parties Request police reports, photographs, and other incident-related documentation Request, organize, and follow up on medical records and billing records Assist with claim setup and communication with insurance carriers Draft routine correspondence and assist with preparation of case-related documents Enter and maintain accurate data in the case management system Calendar and follow up on outstanding items Post entries to client accounts, as applicable Answer phones and provide professional customer service to clients and vendors Greet and assist clients and visitors to ensure exceptional client service Support attorneys and staff with general administrative and office needs Cover the front desk during the lunch hour and for morning and afternoon breaks Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred Personal injury and/or law firm experience preferred, but not required Prior experience in a legal assistant, case assistant, claims, customer service, or office support role preferred At least 1 year of office-based customer service experience required Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-up skills required Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Accurate typing speed of 65 WPM required; typing assessment will be administered Bilingual skills are a plus Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $21.00–$24.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
