This position is laser-focused on pre-litigation, with primary responsibility for driving cases from intake through settlement. Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume docket of pre-litigation personal injury matters Conduct client intakes and build strong attorney-client relationships Evaluate liability and damages, and develop winning case strategies Guide clients through medical treatment and case progression Review and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation Draft compelling settlement demands and negotiate assertively with adjusters Maintain frequent communication with clients, providers, and opposing counsel Partner with litigation team when cases need to transition to suit Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 Lucrative performance-based bonus structure Full benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with firm match Generous FTO and paid holidays Supportive and success-oriented firm culture with career growth opportunity Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas At least 2 years of plaintiff-side auto accident PI experience at a large Texas firm required Deep knowledge of Texas tort law, treatment protocols, and insurance defense tactics Proven success in case negotiations and settlements Confident, organized, and capable of managing a demanding docket independently Proficient with legal case management tools and Microsoft Office
