As the Pre-Owned Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the pre-owned vehicle inventory, ensuring optimal operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the pre-owned vehicle inventory, including acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and reconditioning
  • Pencil and close deals to maximize department profitability
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective pricing strategies and promotions to maximize sales and profitability
  • Ensure proper vehicle maintenance and repairs are completed promptly and accurately
  • Supervise and train department staff, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives
