  • Minimum of 5 years’ management experience is preferred

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the GM, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager will have a thorough and complete understanding of variable operations and will help provide direction to the Sales Department. This is a demanding hands-on position that requires direct involvement in all aspects of the department. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic natural leader, with the ability to train, coach, and support the sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a leader in the automotive industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Maintain a superior customer satisfaction rating
  • Assist with vehicle inventory responsibilities
  • Have an enthusiastic and motivated attitude
  • Have the capacity to develop, manage, inspire and lead a strong sales team
  • Create and implement new marketing strategies for continued growth
  • Be well versed in CRM tools, PBS Systems, and be AMVIC licensed.
