We are seeking an experienced Pre-own Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your leadership will be the key to achieving our mission of providing quality products and services to our customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and outside sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software or other relevant tools is preferred.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
