We are seeking a seasoned Automotive Technician with strong experience in pre-owned vehicles—ideally with Mercedes-Benz or European brands—to join our team. What You'll Do Perform advanced inspections, diagnostics, and reconditioning for pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Service and repair major systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical. Use factory-level tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues. Document findings and partner with Service Advisors to provide accurate repair recommendations. Complete warranty, reconditioning, and repair work to exacting manufacturer and dealership standards. Ensure every vehicle leaves the shop meeting Mercedes-Benz quality expectations. Who We're Looking For Experienced automotive technician with a strong background in pre-owned or reconditioning work. Mercedes-Benz or European brand experience strongly preferred. ASE certifications a plus (support provided to achieve or maintain certifications). Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience Available to work flexible hours & weekends. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary. Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs. Effective communication skills Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Basic mathematical aptitude Ability to apply and understand reasoning. Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
