Grand Touring Automobiles is a premier automotive group specializing in ultra-luxury and exotic vehicles. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Super Luxury Pre-Owned Sales Manager to join our elite team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

In this role, you’ll work closely with the VP of Super Luxury and our New Car Sales Managers to oversee the performance, operations, and strategy of the Super Luxury Pre-Owned Department. Your knowledge of the high-end automotive market, exceptional leadership, and strong sales acumen will be key to driving continued success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in pre-owned vehicle sales management
  • Previous success in luxury or super luxury automotive sales
  • Familiarity with our brands is considered a strong asset
  • Comprehensive understanding of dealership operations and CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) programs
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as required
  • Valid OMVIC certification and a full G driver’s license
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the Super Luxury Pre-Owned Department: retail, wholesale, appraisals, purchasing, and marketing
  • Collaborate with the VP of Super Luxury to acquire high-quality inventory
  • Forecast sales goals, gross profits, and departmental expenses on monthly and annual timelines
  • Manage the vehicle reconditioning process with a focus on cost efficiency and quality
  • Facilitate seamless interdepartmental communication and vehicle transitions
  • Appraise ultra-luxury vehicles accurately and confidently
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the pre-owned sales team
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience by handling concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain high standards for vehicle deliveries and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure team adherence to dealership policies and standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and senior leadership
