Responsibilities
  • Facilitating the sale of Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, meeting sales volume and profitability targets.
  • Demonstrating Mercedes-Benz vehicles, features, and capabilities with confidence.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up on all leads and enquiries.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, including finance introductions, aftermarket and trade-ins.
  • Delivering a premium handover experience, ensuring vehicles are presented to the highest standards.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and aftersales engagement.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives, product launches, and competitor research.
  • Upholding MB training, sales guidelines and brand requirements.
  • Accurately maintain records and paperwork and comply with relevant regulations.
