As a Pre-Paid Funeral Specialist, you’ll be a trusted community advocate, connecting with people to introduce a product that brings peace of mind. Perfect for those who thrive on building relationships, this role lets you engage with Hobart’s communities, shape your success through creative lead generation, and make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
This role will see you on the road five days a week, working from multiple funeral locations and branches across Hobart

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Spark Connections : Actively engage with local communities, clubs, and organizations to generate leads through networking, events, and partnerships.
  • Inspire Trust: Build lasting relationships with clients, guiding them with empathy through the process of pre-planning their funeral needs.
  • Tailor Solutions: Recommend personalised pre-paid funeral plans that align with clients’ wishes, ensuring peace of mind for them and their families.
  • Grow Your Impact: Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to follow-ups and conversions, using your creativity to exceed targets.
  • Be a Community Advocate: Represent Guardian Plan and our funeral brands as a trusted advisor, fostering goodwill and strengthening our presence in Tasmania.
