As a Pre-Post-Sales Support - Technician H/F/X you will report to Pre-Post-Sales Support - Team Leader in the Sales department based in Telford for a Permanent contract.

Responsibilities
  • Be the customer single point of contact (SPOC) for all Tailored Solutions customer orders, managing the scheduling together with any variations to either the scheduling or the purchase order together with any financial implications ensuring that both the customer and internal stakeholders are fully informed through each stage of the process
  • Ensure that each department executes their responsibilities within the agreed time frame working collaboratively to resolve any issue
  • Work with the Divisional Sales Managers and Manufacturing colleagues to ensure that we utilise the full manufacturing capacity each week. Ensure that the Divisional Sales Managers understand the available capacity on a weekly basis to support them when negotiating orders
  • To ensure that the progress of all TS orders are fully visible to all relevant internal stakeholders and that the stakeholders are made aware immediately of any variations to the agreed time frame.
  • Continually seek ways to improve the end to end process to improve both profitability and customer experience
