Position Title: Pre-PV1 Pharmacy Technician Location: The Pharmacy Hub – Telepharmacy / Mail Order Operations Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time About the Role The Pharmacy Hub (TPH) is seeking a detail-oriented Pre-PV1 Pharmacy Technician to support intake, data entry, and clinic outreach functions. As part of the verification support team, you will prepare prescriptions for PV1 pharmacist review by ensuring accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating directly with clinics for clinical edits. This role is key to maintaining efficiency, compliance, and patient safety in a high-volume mail-order environment. Responsibilities Accurately perform dual data entry of prescription information, ensuring consistency across systems. Identify missing, incomplete, or unclear prescription details requiring resolution before PV1. Contact clinics directly (phone/email/portal) to clarify or correct prescription instructions, dosing, or clinical edits. Document communications and edits per SOPs for audit trail and compliance. Collaborate with pharmacists, interns, and fulfillment staff to support smooth queue progression. Assist with intake triage and prioritization of prescriptions to support timely fulfillment. Qualifications Active Pharmacy Technician license (CPhT preferred). Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience (retail, mail-order, or telepharmacy preferred). Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry. Excellent communication skills, especially in professional clinic interactions. Familiarity with pharmacy workflow systems (DispensePro, SureScripts, or equivalent) preferred. Knowledge of state/federal pharmacy regulations, HIPAA, and clinical terminology.
