Description
The Pre-Sales Consultant – Technology Business will be responsible for coordinating technical pre-sales activities and supporting the growth of technology solutions across Iraq. The role focuses on providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, supporting channel and partner engagement, and assisting sales teams in identifying and developing business opportunities. The incumbent will work closely with channel partners, resellers, and end customers to provide technical consultations, prepare BOQs, support proof of concepts (POCs), and deliver partner enablement programs and technical trainings. The role also involves account mapping, pipeline management, and maintaining up-to-date technical certifications related to premium technology products and solutions. Key Qualifications: • Strong experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering within the technology or IT industry. • Good understanding of premium technology products, enterprise solutions, and technology ecosystems is preferred. • Ability to coordinate technical pre-sales activities including BOQ preparation, POCs, product demonstrations, and technical presentations. • Experience in channel engagement, partner enablement, and reseller support activities. • Strong capability in conducting technical trainings, boot camps, and certification programs for partners and customers. • Ability to support account mapping, opportunity identification, and pipeline management across resellers and end customers. • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with customer-focused approach. • Ability to work closely with sales teams and accompany account managers during customer visits. • Commitment to maintaining updated vendor certifications and technical knowledge. • Ability to manage both technical sales support and service delivery responsibilities effectively. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or related field. • Relevant technical certifications related to enterprise solutions or IT infrastructure will be an added advantage. • Relevant experience in pre-sales, technical support, or solution consulting. • Prior experience in technology distribution, enterprise solutions, or premium technology brands is highly preferred. • Experience in conducting technical trainings, partner enablement, and customer presentations is desirable. • Experience working within Iraq technology markets.
