KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Solid experience in solution sales or pre-sales consulting
• Strong knowledge and experience with enterprise-class solutions, including core banking solutions, mortgages and savings platforms, and digital banking channels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in mission-critical environments with high availability requirements
• Familiarity with Software Solutions, Managed Services, and security and compliance in enterprise environments

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:

Are you passionate about technology and love working with clients to find the best solutions? As a Pre-Sales Consultant, with experience of working in Financial Services, you’ll be the go-to expert, providing top-notch knowledge and advice to our enterprise clients in critical environments.
You’ll collaborate closely with our sales team, guiding and supporting them from the first meeting to the final sale. This exciting role reports directly to the VP of EMEA Enterprise Computing Solutions.

This role focuses on the UK Financial Services sector, specifically Building Societies and tier 2 and 3 banks and on occasion may include European clients.

• Partner with the sales team to understand and address customer needs and requirements
• Offer expert technical knowledge and consultation during pre-sales engagements
• Bring an understanding of the Financial Service market, with awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Create and deliver engaging product and service demonstrations and presentations
• Develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet customer needs
• Respond to customer inquiries and address their concerns
• Collaborate with solution development and engineering teams to provide feedback on features and enhancements
• Stay current with industry trends by attending events and conferences
