MARKET KNOWLEDGE:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies within the IAM market
• Provide insights on Cyber market demands and contribute to product roadmap discussions.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field ideal.
• Advanced certifications in relevant IT Solutions such as IAM vendors

EXPERIENCE:

• 2–5 years as an IAM Pre-sales Consultant, IAM Solutions Engineer or IAM Consulting required.
• Hands-on experience with IAM software platforms and service delivery.
• Knowledge of Okta (Auth0 or Okta Workforce Identity) or One Identity (One Identity Manager, Safeguard or One Login).
• Experience with CyberArk and/or SailPoint beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of IAM software market, cloud platforms and Enterprise systems
• Ability to perform technical demonstrations and PoCs.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, fluent in English & German (spoken and written).
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
