Responsibilities:

  • Design Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, designing bespoke Identity and Access Management (IAM) software and service solutions that fit their needs.
  • Engage with Clients: Lead product demos, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that showcase the value of our offerings. Build strong relationships by addressing technical queries and refining solutions based on client feedback.
  • Support the Sales Team: Partner with sales to create compelling proposals, respond to RFPs, and assist with pricing, resource estimation, and project timelines. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell during client discussions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as product development, project management, and marketing to ensure the solutions we provide are aligned with client needs and technically feasible.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies in the IAM market. Provide insights that contribute to our product development and future roadmap.
  • Report & Document: Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities, providing regular reports on pre-sales efforts, challenges, and successes.
