Responsibilities


    • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives during the pre-sales phase

    • Collaborate with the sales team and product experts to design solutions that address the specific requirements of potential clients
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services, staying up-to-date with new features, updates, and industry trends
    • Provide technical expertise to potential clients, including conducting product demonstrations, explaining technical concepts, and addressing technical questions or concerns
    • Create compelling and customised proposals and presentations that clearly outline the benefits and advantages of the proposed solutions
    • Coordinate and oversee the creation of proof of concepts or prototypes
    • Stay informed about competitors’ offerings and strengths, positioning the company’s solutions effectively in comparison
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to align pre-sales efforts with the company’s goals and strategies
    • Support the sales team in negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract review, ensuring that client expectations align with the proposed solution
    • Gather feedback from potential clients and share insights with the product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement
