We are seeking a commercially minded, data-savvy Pre-Sales Consultant to support the growth of our Strategic Services function. This individual will play a critical role in partnering with Optimove’s Sales Directors and Client Success teams to identify opportunities, shape client-facing narratives, and close consulting engagements with both new prospects and existing customers.
You’ll bring strong storytelling capabilities, business acumen, and a deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategy to help clients see the value in partnering with Optimove’s Strategic Services team. This is a highly collaborative role that blends commercial pre-sales support, strategic thinking, and a consultative mindset.
Reports to: VP, Strategic Services.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–6 years of experience in a consulting, pre-sales, solutions, or strategy role, ideally within a marketing technology, SaaS, or agency environment.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them with impact.
  • Deep understanding of CRM, customer data, retention strategy, and marketing operations.
  • Commercial mindset with experience supporting sales cycles and working in a client-facing role.
  • Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills – able to influence across functions.
  • Analytical thinking and comfort working with data to surface strategic opportunities.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales and client success teams to identify and qualify opportunities for Strategic Services engagements.
  • Build compelling, insight-led presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value of Optimove’s consulting capabilities.
  • Craft tailored narratives that align with client pain points, goals, and maturity across CRM, data strategy, and marketing operations.
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings, acting as a subject matter expert in CRM strategy, customer insights, and marketing execution models.
  • Support RFP responses and pitch processes where Strategic Services are part of the proposed solution.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Optimove’s technology, consulting frameworks, and best practices to confidently represent our offerings.
  • Partner with the VP of Strategic Services to evolve and package consulting offerings for commercial use.
  • Help build internal tooling, templates, and processes to scale pre-sales support across regions and verticals.
