In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales and delivery, ensuring a seamless transition for global payroll customers from initial engagement to implementation readiness. You will lead detailed discovery processes, validate project feasibility, and ensure all operational and compliance aspects are clearly defined before onboarding begins. Your expertise will help prevent delivery risks, streamline implementation timelines, and enhance customer satisfaction.
