Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role of a Sales Engineer is a multifaceted one that combines deep compliance expertise with strong communication and advocacy skills. As a customer-facing subject matter expert, a Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in educating, inspiring, and guiding customers through the adoption and application of solutions for fiscal regulatory mandates and risk management. This role requires a balance of compliance acumen, customer service, and public speaking, making it both challenging and rewarding. A Sales Engineer is not just a subject matter expert but also a storyteller and a bridge between the company and its customers, helping to drive the adoption and understanding of Behavox solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Write technical White Papers / digital content for stakeholders to explain the criticality of archive and why Behavox is uniquely suited to empower them.
  • Convey challenging compliance concepts to audiences with mixed levels of technical experience
  • Deep dive with fellow SME staff about granular specifics and best practices as is related to archive and compliance mandates.
  • Perform compelling and engaging presentations to prospects from various industries.
  • Answer questions that may be asked during a demo/presentation by fellow SME in the field of compliance.
