Description

We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to be the technical backbone of our sales team. You will be the key expert who designs cutting-edge video solutions for our clients in the telecom, hospitality, and media industries.
In this role, you’ll work directly with our sales representatives and customers to understand their needs, design technical solutions, and deliver powerful product demonstrations that win deals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions engineering role. (Preferred GCC Countries)
  • Strong technical knowledge of IPTV and OTT technologies (e.g., encoding, CDNs, middleware, set-top boxes, DRM).
  • Driving Licenses Holder
  • Solid understanding of IP networking (multicast, unicast, QoS, VLANs).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tech to any audience.
  • A self-starter mentality, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the sales team to understand customer technical and business requirements.
  • Design and architect end-to-end IPTV and OTT solutions for clients.
  • Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Answer technical questions and overcome objections during the sales process.
  • Manage and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) deployments.
  • Lead the technical response to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information).
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for prospective clients.
