Job Description As a Pre-sales Engineer for the Japan market, you'll play a key role in driving the success of Wix’s enterprise clients and partners by providing tailored technical solutions and consultations. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment of Wix solutions and address the specific needs of our business partners. In your day-to-day, you will Provide training and present new feature and product demos to both our partners and users Provide consultations to identify and solve business challenges Collaborate closely with development, product, and engineering teams to define technical requirements, influence platform enhancements, and advocate for partners and regional client needs Work hands-on with APIs, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure smooth and efficient deployment of Wix solutions Work collaboratively with Product Managers across Wix’s international and dynamic environment to create or enhance features Conduct some post-sales product advising work, not only pre-sales activities Qualifications 3+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or consulting in the SaaS space, with a proven track record of driving customer success and long-term product adoption across diverse industries Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, engineering, and executive teams, to identify, address, and solve complex business challenges through data-driven strategies Experience supporting companies of various sizes, including large enterprises Business experience working with partner companies such as agencies and production companies is a huge plus Fluent in Japanese and business-level English, with strong communication skills in technical and business settings Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, particularly with the React framework, along with deep hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Web Analytics A solid understanding of security practices, including data privacy and access control – an advantage This role follows a hybrid work model. You will be expected to work from the Tokyo office 2–3 days per week (or more, as needed based on business requirements).
