We're looking for a highly skilled Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our growing New York Branch! Responsibilities: Build an in-depth understanding of Atera's products, features, and value proposition Join sales reps on product Demo’s to complement their sales process, present and answer technical inquiries, and demo technical solutions on calls with prospects Collaborate offline cross-departmentally to obtain resolution to prospect requirements- From support to Product and R&D- you’ll be expected to build relationships with your colleagues in order to leverage your resources for product know-how and ultimate technical resolution Ability to manage many projects/ tasks simultaneously in an organized fashion in order to support the various sales reps and prospect opportunities you’ll be working on Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to IT services, remote monitoring and management (RMM), and professional services automation (PSA). Requirements Requirements: 3+ years experience in a technical presales, sales engineering, or solution consulting role Strong technical acumen in IT operations, RMM / PSA and Helpdesk Ticketing Solutions (or similar platforms) - a must Basic understanding of current AI LLMs - a must Familiarity with workings of Windows OS - preferred, Mac and Linux- an advantage Hands-on experience with API integrations and scripting - preferred, not required Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Willingness to travel (the position may require travel to a conference or two occasionally) Excitement for innovation and technology with a passion to work with people Ability to commute to our NY based office 3 times per week Some of our benefits For this position, we offer a total annual salary of: $180,000.
