ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Pre-Sales Engineer at Nuix plays a pivotal role in advancing sales opportunities by leveraging storytelling, understanding the product strategy, engaging with customers to understand their needs and effectively showcase Nuix solutions to address pain points and drive business value.
This role is a key driver of our sales success—bringing technical expertise to every stage of the pre-sales cycle. You’ll partner with Sales Executives to engage customers, uncover business and technical needs, and showcase the real value of our solutions through demos, Proof of Concepts, and solution design. From simple use cases to complex, multi-product engagements, you’ll shape tailored solutions that elevate the customer experience and help close deals faster.
The Pre-Sales Engineer will be seen as a market and knowledge leader, able to take external industry trends and combine them with our capabilities to educate and evangelise to customers, partners and internal employees.
