Pre-Sales Engineer Responsibilities Work closely with the sales team during the pre-sales and technical pre-sales cycle. Understand the merchant and payin partners' needs and propose suitable solutions using the company's product. Gather the partner's requirements, validate the use cases, and confirm the project scope before handing it over to the inbound onboarding team. Perform market research to become knowledgeable about our industry and competitors. Be an expert on our different products at Thunes Requirements 3 - 5 years of experience in solution consulting, and technical project management with external stakeholders. Deep understanding of payment and merchant solutions in the fintech domain. Good communication skills and ability to: Pitch Thunes Explain our product clearly Translation of a need/requirement to the product team.
