REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or application engineering role within the Aerospace, Automotive, CAE/design software industry or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, SolidWorks, Fusion 360).
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, C++) would be beneficial
  • Experience developing and delivering POCs for engineering
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and industry events (up to 20%).
Responsibilities

As a Pre-Sales Engineer at ToffeeX, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by providing deep technical expertise throughout the sales process. You will be a key technical partner to our sales team, empowering prospects to envision and realize the value of our advanced physics-driven generative design software.

You will engage directly with clients, understand their engineering needs and challenges, and design compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations. Your ability to bridge technical and commercial conversations will be key to driving successful customer engagements and building long-lasting relationships. Main responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
  • Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops for prospects and customers.
  • Develop and deliver POCs with ToffeeX to showcase value and feasibility.
  • Respond to technical questions and objections during the sales cycle, providing clear and concise explanations.
  • Support the preparation of technical proposals and documentation
