Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre- Sales Executive HORECA (Farsi Speaking) to join our team and drive the growth of our Ice-cream, diary and beverages products within the Hospitality, Restaurant and Catering (HORECA) sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Ice-cream, diary and beverages, a strong understanding of the HORECA industry, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in the HORECA sector to achieve sales targets and promote our products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Must have necessary experience in the HORECA Channel Knowledge on Ice-cream, diary and beverages in UAE.
· Proven track record with at least 3-5 years related FMCG Sales experience in F&B/HORECA in UAE.
· Able to work independently, professionally and be a good team player.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Outspoken, dynamic character with positive working attitude Able to interact with people of all levels and possess good interpersonal and communication skills Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-orientated Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently with strong sales drive.
· Must be able to join ASAP.
· Education: Bachelor’s (preferred)
· Experience: sales - HORECA/F&B/FMCG: 5 years (preferred)
· License/Certification: UAE D/L

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
· Identify and target new HORECA clients within the designated territory to expand the customer base.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Client Relationship Management.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing HORECA clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to understand client needs and provide solutions.
· Meet the sales targets and KPIs as set and agreed by the senior management Weekly reporting on all sales activities to monitor the success and effectiveness of activities
Product Knowledge:
· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products, including origin, flavour profiles, and brewing methods.
· Conduct product presentations and tastings to educate clients on the unique features and benefits of our Ice-cream, diary and beverages.
Market Research:
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
· Provide feedback to the marketing team to assist in the development of targeted campaigns and promotions.
Sales Reporting:
· Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
· Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
