Cellebrite is currently seeking for a Pre-Sales Expert, to engage with customers on their Digital forensic and investigative life cycle within the Central European Region. This position would support all technical efforts associated with solutions that assist Law Enforcement Agencies to achieve their Digital Transformation and investigative needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of Engineering and/or IT courses
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, pre-sales, solutions consulting, or related technical sales role
  • Fluency in written and conversational business German and English
  • Fluency in written and conversational business Polish and/or French is a plus
  • Knowledge in Hardware products and Solutions
  • Good knowledge of Operating Systems (windows and Linux) and basic networking
  • Excellent knowledge of network communications and internet protocols
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Presentation and Communication Skills
  • Ability to document technical meeting notes clearly and concisely
  • Project Management Experience would be beneficial
  • Must be Proactive within the region identifying new areas and engaging in existing accounts
  • Ability to operate effectively independently (remote working position) but equally as effective when working as part of a team to meet a common goal
  • Technical background in telecommunications, mobile devices and/or IT security and networking is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Identify current and future customer technical requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand product requirements
  • Provides product or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests
  • Prepares solution design by understanding customer requirements and related customer documents, and consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel
  • Develops customer’s staff by providing technical information and training. Building and maintaining strong and close relations with customers by performing weekly / monthly calls and follow-ups
  • Manage Customer Workshops / Webinars / equipment demo’s
  • Managing RFPs and Proposals
  • Participating in trade shows
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders (R&D, Services, Operations, and product management)
  • Ensuring acceptable product implementation and use
  • Supporting end-user trials when required (including traveling abroad)
  • Providing support for internal issues raised by Cellebrite co-workers.
  • Proposing and demonstrating Cellebrite’s products as required
