JJOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Head with a strong IT background to lead our pre-sales team and drive solution strategies for enterprise clients. The role involves managing pre-sales activities, designing complex IT solutions, supporting the sales process, and ensuring the delivery of value-driven proposals that align with client needs and company objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
  • Experience:
  • 8–12 years in IT solutions pre-sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in cloud solutions (AWS, Azure), networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Certifications (Preferred): AWS/Azure Architect, CCNP/CCIE, VMware, ITIL.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong solution design, costing, and technical proposal writing skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills at C-level.
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale proposals under tight timelines.
  • Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team, ensuring timely and high-quality support to the sales department.
  • Develop solution strategies for IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical leadership during proposals and presentations.
  • Prepare comprehensive RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct high-level client meetings, demos, and workshops to present solution capabilities.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and cost-effective.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance solution offerings.
  • Establish best practices and processes for the pre-sales function.
