Responsibilities
  • Pre-Sales Engagement: Partner with Account Executives to understand prospective clients’ accounts receivable challenges and demonstrate how ezyCollect transforms workflows.
  • Solution Demonstration: Lead tailored, technical product demos that showcase seamless integration with clients’ accounting or ERP systems.
  • Implementation Oversight: Manage end-to-end implementation, working with customer success and product teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring operational improvements.
  • Custom Feature Coordination: Assess and prioritise custom feature requests, collaborating with delivery teams and stakeholders to align with strategic goals.
  • Client Training & Support Assistance: Support the preparation and execution of training sessions, ensuring clients fully leverage ezyCollect for their business needs.
